  1. We provide detailed product descriptions including sizes, colours, fabrics and designs for each item as well as photos. Each computer screen can display colours differently, so the colour you see on screen may not be the exact colour of your product. We will always provide a fair and honest product description of every product.

Product specifications, images and other useful information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer’s, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of our website is that all information should be as accurate and up to date as possible. If a price has been displayed as £0.00 in error or a retail price has not been established, Links Road Golf Co, in line with the Sale of Goods act will charge an “appropriate price”, this “appropriate price” will be based upon either the manufacturers recommended retail price or current UK averaged retail price.

  8. If we have any liability to you arising out of the Service, (whether in contract or tort), our liability shall be limited in all circumstances to the value of the item in respect of which the claim relates.

  10. These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by English law and by accepting this General terms and Conditions, which incorporates the Acceptable Use Agreement, Privacy Policy and Returns Policy you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
